This place was absolutely amazing. The ambience and the service was absolute perfection. Carlos took really good care of us, and insured that we were taken care of accordingly, regardless of how many tables he had to manage. The food was absolutely outstanding. My dad first put me on this restaurant by its delicious, fresh takeout food. We'd typically order octopus or whole fish. Had date on Sunday in Kearny. Went to Tops Diner, only to find a 1.5 hour wait. Drove up the block saw Pic Nic. Went in and had the best skirt steak and yellow rice I have ever tasted!! friendly service very reasonably priced.....can not beat this place. What we ordered was not what we got and we only discovered it upon arrival at home over an hour away. Porkchops were very dry. Fries were not salted. We asked for white rice and got yellow rice!
