I was very excited to find such a specifically regional Italian specialty here in OC but unfortunately I was disappointed with the overall experience. The piadina flat bread is definitely the highlight of the menu. It is flaky, crispy, and light, the way it should be. Their selection of authentic Italian ingredients is great, I just wish the sandwiches were filled a little more generously. Especially the simpler sandwiches like the Alpi definitely could’ve used more meat. The non-Italian sandwiches should be avoided. There’s nothing special about those ingredients except the bread. If you’re going here, I would recommend getting something with the Piadina bread. We got the “California” piadina and it very lackluster in terms of flavor and ingredient quality.

Food is underwhelming. First and last time here. I agree with other reviewers, for a 15$ “sandwich” this was not good. Says “roasted chicken” on menu and come with 4 slices of oscar mayer style sliced lunch meat..come on guys.. dry sandwiches, no sauce, aioli, even olive oil or vinegar or something.. ! Flavorless!!! We were excited and expected much more.. Dont waste your time and money. Had 6+ employees working a dead restaurant. Young lady at cashier was very nice and sandwich maker nice as well.
