Good food and options. They can be a little busy at times but the staff does a good job of keeping up. My biggest gripe with Piada is there are some ingredients that cost extra when I have to question why THAT ingredient is extra. Also, asking customers to pay $6 extra for salmon is quite an ask. Food could be prepared a little better. It seems like it has gotten worse in the past year. If you want good food you have to ask for things to be different. If you want your chicken to not be pink, you need to ask them to cook it extra(It's been pink the three times I've tried it). If you don't like medium rare ask them to cook it extra. If you don't like your salad really drenched in dressing ask for it on the side. If you don't want your pasta drowning in sauce, ask for light sauce. These are the problems I've come across. Otherwise, the workers have always been very nice and patient. It's a chill atmosphere and it's usually clean.
