Just wanted to share - in the past I've inquired where the best pho was (since we're newer to HC) and I've tried several places, so many great places! But I must say Pho Vieng on Denton Hwy is the best so far in my opinion! Not only was the Pho amazing, but very generous with the fixings, the spring rolls were killer and fresh (love the peanut sauce too!) And my husband said the pad thai was the best he's had in a long time! Just wanted to share and spread kudos! Soooooo tasty and happy I've finally found my new "go to" spot! I was feeling under the weather tonight and was too sick to go out so I got DoorDash of the chicken pho, and let me tell you, the broth was so flavorful and felt like a nice warm hug!! Absolutely delicious and the portions are so huge I got some leftovers!! Absolutely amazing place! Wish I found out about it sooner!!!
