Edit Feb 2024: I've had to downgrade my review because the new guy working there (new owner?) is just not a business person. Does not listen to orders, complains about you when HE brings the wrong order, not attentive. I've experienced this guy twice now. I ask for water to drink and he gives me a cup with water at about 1/3 full. Seems lazy. Oct 2023: Great place for a rainy day! Intended to go to a Mainers game but it got rained out. Ended up here for some soup. The service was a little slow as it is a woman and her husband doing all the work, and the day I went was very, very busy (probably given the weather). We had no where to be so we were patient, but others less so. The wait was worth it though and the beef pho soup was delicious. Ordered online, they told my husband they had no orders and didn’t accept online. Then they tell us they see it and that it’s almost ready after speaking with beyond menu (their online ordering platform). Get home and the “fresh” spring rolls have days old lettuce (brown and mushy), the peanut sauce has mold on it and the crab rangoons had plastic in it. When we called to get a refund they told us to call the company we ordered online through. Then they demanded we bring our food back. I sent photos of the food to beyondmenu and they refunded our order. Unless you want food poisoning I wouldn’t eat here. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1

I know they recently changed ownership a couple months ago. I gave it 2 tries. My first time I ordered a regular combo Pho, service was good. The pho though, was really bland compared to what I know the recipe should be. I have gone to Pho saigon numerous times before ownership change that I was a regular and the owner and waitress knew what I get, so with that said I know what the combo pho should taste like. This time I got a XL Combo Pho and it was still bland tasting, the bean sprouts looked almost brown and soft, the meat tastes odd and the guy started off by giving me a dirty cup half full of water, not even a full cup, I nicely informed him my cup was dirty and he kept looking at me wierd the whole time he was pouring a new one. The bathrooms also look like they haven't been cleaned in a week, there was urine all over the men's urinal and the sink was gross too. Overall unless they start doing better, I will never return. Fabulous. Super yummy Not great. My vermicelli noodle salad was not as good as usual. I get that it was a one man show. But his timing for our food was way off. My son got his meal. Then the appetizer came out. A little while later our noodle 🍜 salad came out. Then my son's drink came out after I requested for it. We did order it at the beginning. Ordered at 5pm, was told 45 minute wait. When I arrived at 545 I was told they never received my order, after the woman running the register showed the owner the order slip right in the kitchen 3 times, he still said he never received my order. While I was there they locked the doors and proceeded to get my order ready. I waited another 15 minutes and they had just finished my order. They followed me out the door and locked it behind me. I live 5 minutes away. When I got home my food was cool, the chicken as you see was only 88 degrees in the middle and the dumplings were cold. I threw all the food out to not risk getting food poisoning. I would avoid this restaurant. They also forgot part of my order. This was one of our favorite spots for a delicious casual dinner. The SPECIAL General Tso Shrimp was so delicious with delicately deep-fried large shrimp and peppers in a tasty sauce. Went tonight; new owner; everything was bad except that the floor was definitely cleaner. Shrimp were not battered and fried; instead stir fried ... so much so that I had trouble cutting one with my fork. My dinner included half the shrimp of what we have come to expect at this restaurant. Moreover, one shrimp had black tail debris still in it. Sauce was tasteless. Owner was cooking and waiting tables, badly. Sorry but you've lost us with this epic fail!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Will update when i go in and speak with them tomorrow awful food not cooked all the way. Pho soup missing all the ingredients.. like everything except the soup...drunken noodles was cold in the middle after a 5 min ride home. When i arrived one guy was just yelling orders at a obviously new guy and not paying attention to anything. Maybe if you stopped yelling at your employees and packing orders instead you wouldn't have so many bad reviews. This place used to be amazing. Oh boy. Going here was like living an episode of Seinfeld. My friend and I were served water glasses that were filled only 1/4 of the way. It was bizarre. The cook was also operating as the wait staff. He was annoyed at taking orders and literally locked customers out of the restaurant. When they meekly scratched at the door saying they ordered online and paid, he told them to go away. Literally said, “no sorry didn’t see come back some other time!” When then asked for a refund - he told them - “can’t help you- come back in 20 and I’ll have food”. Spoiler alert- they came back in 20 and had to wait another 40. Some poor guy waited over an hour and half for his food to only be told they ran out of what he ordered. At one point flames shot through the back of the kitchen and light screaming was heard. The owner? ran over to the glowing “open” sign to slap it off as a customer approached the door (it was 6pm). I was told by the owner? to not order anything to-go for my husband bc “there is no time”. I had asked right when we sat down. The soup was actually pretty decent - but I didn’t like the mold on my jalapeno- and she wasn’t a fan of the eggshell in her broth. There were three tables in the restaurant with people at them. And maybe 2-3 people who showed up for to-go. It wasn’t like they were swamped. Maybe staff called out and this poor guy was totally overwhelmed and lost? If so- just close the restaurant. I have never seen someone get angry/frustrated at people for wanting to give them business. Also- to the people who were locked out - turned away- and given the wrong food: you guys are awesome. I couldn’t believe how kind and patient everyone was with that man. I have never seen people be so NICE when treated so strangely. You get 5 stars. Took a chance on Christmas Eve because we didn't plan ahead and everyone had a long wait. I waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes while they made the order. I was told it was ready and handed a large bag with other sealed bags inside. Got home realized an entire entree was missing. Picking up my phone to call when my husband says " this chicken doesn't look right". I cut it open and the picture is what we see. All the chicken in 4 different containers was raw. I went down there and not only did the owner not apologize, he implied I stole the missing entree and should have checked all the bags before leaving. I spent $107 and he only gave me $42 back and asked me to give him $5 change back!!!! This guy has no business doing dishes nevermind running a restaurant. Got my pho today and the bag of bean sprouts, basil and lime was so slimy and gross. The broth wasn’t clear and flavorful as usual and the rare meat in it was very sweet tasting.
