Ate here with friends after a movie on the weekend. We had the vegan pho and chicken pho. Chicken pho was better than the vegan, because the chicken broth was more flavorful but neither broth blew us away or made us want to eat it once the noodles were gone. Vegan pho did have loads of veggies including bok choy, carrot, onion, broccoli and green onion but the broth was so plain it might as well have been hot water. Added lots of hot sauce, soy sauce and brown sauce and it still was lacking flavor. Service was very good, we were seated immediately, server was friendly and kept our water topped up and the food came out quickly. Decor is basic. Plenty of parking in the One Loudon garages. Overall it was just mediocre and there are better places in One Loudon. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I'm definitely a Pho lover! This place is absolutely fresh and delicious! I was driving to Manassas for Pho and stumbled upon Pho-Nomenal. What a treat. My new Pho restaurant. The restaurant is clean and the food is amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I went to Pho-nominal and had a great time! We love their pho, and today we tried their boba tea. My kids loved all the choices they had. Plus, what made our visit even more special was the unexpected gesture of receiving a token of a $2 bill in celebration of Lunar New Year. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel appreciated as customers. Overall, our visit to Pho nominal at OneLoudon was fantastic, and we'll definitely be returning soon! This place is really expensive for what they give you. If I'm paying $16 for a bowl of pho brisket soup, I normally expect a larger bowl. It felt like a kids meal. They don't even fill the soup container all the way to the top (see photo). The amount of noodles they give you is severely underwhelming. A pack of ramen noodles give you more than what they give. The amount of protein they give is decent but not nearly as much as other pho places. I guess I'm just super shocked with these portion sizes because I come from Falls Church and Centreville. For $16, the pho places in those cities give almost double than what is given here. It's a travesty that they give out packets of Lee Kum Lee sriracha... where is my huy fong?? These owners seem to be taking advantage of the clientele present in this location because they don't know any better. As far as taste goes, it's average at best. The broth doesn't have that typical deep flavor a bowl of pho has. It feels generic here. Like there's no soul behind the broth. They also skimp out on the bean sprouts/basil. 2/5. This place is below average. MAYBE average at best. Unphenomenal. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2

I had the Pho #4 (steak, flank, and meatballs). I was pleased. All was eaten. With 20% tip, total was ~$19. Note: A free parking garage is around the corner. This is a street-adjacent restaurant; no parking at the business itself. Park in the parking garage. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
