This is my favorite place to get pho! I always get Pho Nguyen when I’m sick, when I need a pick me up, and also whenever because it’s so good. They have amazing vegetarian and vegan options, more than any other place in Lincoln. I recommend the spring rolls and the vegetarian pho! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's Martin Luther King Jr. Day and my usual Vietnamese restaurant is closed. However, my determination to enjoy a hot bowl of Pho has not wavered. I found this restaurant on Google and the reviews made it seem promising. When I walk in, it's the stereotypical Vietnamese restaurant that you would expect, nothing fancy. The Pho broth itself was pretty good, but that's where it pretty much ended for me. None of the ingredients were fresh. Beginning with the bean sprouts, basil, or meat. To top things off, I noticed that the red sriracha sauce looked a little different. When I opened it up and put a little bit on my plate it tasted completely off which is when I realized that they were either purchasing a cheaper sauce and placing it into these bottles. Or they were making it themselves and putting it into the famous sriracha bottles. I asked the waiter and he said they purchased it. I told him it isn't the real sauce though. He laughed and then admitted it isn't the actual sauce. Which as a business owner myself I know that this could lead to a pretty hefty lawsuit should the sriracha company find out. But I'm not here to get anyone in trouble. I'm just here to offer a little bit of guidance. Imagine buying a corvette then realizing it had a Kia motor? When it comes to enjoying a bowl of pho, all in all, from a scale of 1-10 I would probably rate this place a 4. Meaning that this place is probably just below average in my book. A 10 would be the best pho you've ever eaten and a 1 would be the worst. Will I be back? No! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
