I'm not really a pho fanatic or love Vietnamese food. This restaurant was just ok. We have been here maybe 3 times in 5 years. There's only one Vietnamese restaurant I really loved and it was in Eden Mall in Falls Church, VA called Rice Paper. They had good salt and pepper fried tofu. The meals were ok. Probably better to do carry out. We paid about $70 for 3 people. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve been coming here for years, getting the chicken pho every time. This place never fails with their extremely fast service, always great tasting pho, and friendliness from the staff. I make a 30 minute drive from where i live just to come here and will always leave more than satisfied. No other pho place compares to the flavor of the the chicken pho here. I’ve also tried other things such as their spring rolls and egg roles and they are amazing. Also, the very large portion size for what you pay is outstanding. Please, if you’re in the area you must try Pho La Vie. You will not leave disappointed. Thank you Pho La Vie!!! We love Vietnamese food and after trying almost all of them in the area, this one is our favorite. They have really good Pho as well as vermicelli and fried rice. Not been disappointed here.... It was SO GOOD 😍😭 Happy tears, just happy tears 😭😍❤️ I moved to central PA from Los Angeles and I missed my pho spots back in Cali 😭 I happen to be in Harrisburg today and decided to try to look for one and then I came accross Pho LA Vie ❤️ Tastes just like the Pho back home 😍😭❤️ And the Vietnamese coffee too ❤️❤️❤️ Although I must admit, I think they have better meatballs here than any of the pho Places I've been too back home. I was craving pho and spring rolls for NYE, but it seemed like no one was open. You can imagine how happy I was to find this place, which even let me order two days in advance. I visited this restaurant today with my family. I absolutely LOVED the friendly, engaging customer service! I wish I could have taken pictures of the food, but it looked too good to wait lol my husband got a mango smoothie that was thick and fresh, and my son is raving about the shrimp vermicelli and eggrolls hours later! Hits every part of your tastebuds🤩! That’s how flavorful the foods are. My kids and I just discovered this restaurant on the way home passing by Harrisburg. It’s right off 81. Compliments to the chef since they not only make great foods but they will make it healthy by replacing noodles with lots of vegetables if you ask for it. The staff are very friendly. We will be coming back and will recommend others.

In Harrisburg for the GAOS and came to Pho La Vie for dinner. I can safely say that the Pho here is the best I've had. I got the Pho with the brisket, tendon and tripe. The broth itself was very flavorful and the meat was done to perfection. The tendon just dissolved it was so tender and the tripe was very clean tasting. Highly recommended.

Food has been excellent in the past, but on this last visit, there was an issue with the chicken in my dish. My low rating was in how the staff treated us as customers. The chicken had a metallic taste to it. Rather than address my complaint, the wait person spoke to us like we were the problem rather than the food. After several attempts to explain away the our complaint, he finally admitted there may be a problem and they adjusted the price of the problem entree.

Very clean and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff and the owner (?) was a delight to speak with. The Tôm Cuon crispy shrimp was delicious. The Pho Gá had some of the best broth I've ever had. Definitely will be returning soon!
