Recently tried this spot being in the area an wanting a taste of some fresh food. I highly recommend this spot as you do get what you pay for the food is delicious freshly made, you can taste the flavors put into there food absolutely found my new spot. I ordered brisket pho. It was tasty and they give you a pretty generous portion of thin sliced brisket. Bean sprouts, fresh basil, chili peppers, slices of lime is included. Also in the dish are onions and cilantro. The broth was hot and flavorful and the rice noodles were lighter and less heavy than flour noodles. I went at dinnertime and they were busy. I tried the bún bò Huế (a dish I'd never tried before, though I am well familiar with various versions of phở) and I was impressed. The beef tendon was unusually tender, the fresh herbs were a nice contrast to the rich beef and pork, and the broth was sublime. The thick noodles make for a somewhat messy slurp, but that's part and parcel of the dish. Service was friendly and quick, and the general vibe of the place was that of a perfect lunchtime spot. I will absolutely be returning, and I will *also* be trying bún bò Huế elsewhere because I might have just found my new favorite Vietnamese dish.
