Food is ok. But customer service needs to be improved. 3 different server walked past our table to asked some white kids table if they need anything, not a single one asked us if we need anything. Never filled our water or drinks. I had a weird feeling there. On top of that the sign in the front not so welcoming either. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Johnny has a great personality and was very attentive towards our order. The lady that’s there with the glasses was not so welcoming or friendly at all. She set the menus down and walked away no interaction no nothing. When ordering more food through her she looked annoyed and at one point rolled her eyes. Food was great and boba tasted good. My husband and I eat here all the time. The girl with the glasses knows our orders even when we switch it up. The beef udon noddles are so yummy the sesame chicken is my fav and everyone there is so friendly and kind. This is easily my favorite place to eat. The service in my experience has been absolutely amazing and every time I dine in the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to chill and eat. The food, P1 specifically, is my favorite food and the best dish that they have in my opinion. It’s never disappointed and can be made into your own dish with all of the sides that they offer. On top of that, the egg rolls and edamame are great appetizers if you’re looking for suggestions. Overall a 10/10. DO NOT EAT HERE! This restaurant has so many issues and doesn't make any effort to fix them. The place is run down, cleanliness is questionable, and worst of all, the service is absolutely TERRIBLE! There were 2 other couples in the restaurant when we arrived, that's it. We waited a while for someone to finally take our order and when they came, we ordered drinks, appetizers, and our pho all at once. The food arrived before my partner's soda. I kept waiting for my drink. Finally, at the very end of the meal, I got my drink. I requested that it be taken off of the bill because we had waited an entire hour for it. The server became very hostile and claimed they were short staffed and we were being unfair, yet he had been at the table behind us chatting with his friends for 10 minutes. No exaggeration. We sat and waited and waited while he completely neglected to do his job. The restaurant had maybe 6 total customers in it, and he made nonsense excuses for his neglect. He told me to be grateful my drink came out in a to-go cup so I could take it with me. Yeah, no kidding, we're done eating! He then refused to bring us boxes for our food. I have never had that happen! All because I asked to have the drink taken off the bill. The manager finally brought us one small container for both of our leftovers and we had to request 2 more times to please have boxes for our food. The server yelled at us for several minutes over this. It was very one sided. We literally just wanted to take our food and leave, but he was preventing us! He was a younger guy, maybe in his 20s-30s, with serious anger issues. As we were waiting to pay, we sat awkwardly at our table while he just yelled and complained about us to his manager across the restaurant. It was a crazy experience. Delicious food! We absolutely love the bùn bô hễ! It's personally not spicy enough for my taste (but I also like really spicy food) but it's got great flavor. Service is always great too. When we are craving Pho, this is the place to go. Fast service and delicious meals. I recommend the Cheese Crab Wantons and Mussels for the appetizers. For the main meal, I always get a P1 without the onions. It's just the soup, beef, and noodles, but my husband likes the one with the tendons in it! I love that it is on the mall strip right next to the movie theatre. Convenient for stopping and grabbing lunch when shopping or dinner before a movie! This is hands down one of the worst places I have been to in a very long time. First of all, the "restaurant" was filthy and there was some sort of weird slime on the floor. I pointed out the mess and someone came and mopped it up with an attitude. The fork had a stain on it. When I pointed that out, they handed me a new fork with their fingers all over the tines (part you put in your mouth) not the handle. We should have walked out then. But alas...*sigh* the soda came...would you be surprised that there was some sort of black flake floating around in one cup and a bean sprout in the other!?? At this point, we asked to cancel the order and were told they couldn't cancel the entire order, just the soda. *deep breath* When the food came, the chicken smelled so rotten we literally almost threw up! 🤢 it was then we decided to leave and they still made us pay which...whatever. 🙄 The health inspector should shut this place down immediately. I honestly don't know how they are still open. Here's the kicker. When we expressed all of our concerns and why we were leaving, one of the staff members (maybe even the owner) said "we're trying to run a business, we can't just clean all day." Go somewhere else or risk an unhappy belly and God knows what else. I couldn't tell you how the pho was because I didn't take one bite. Also, everyone was rude from the moment you walk in. Our visit was nice. It wasn't too busy, the service was great. The pho hit the spot. Unfortunately the jalapeno peppers and siracha weren't spicy. One of the waiters let us try one of the Spicy Sauce. I recommend asking for that! The one thing that bothered me was how hot it was inside. I just figured their AC went out.. 1st time here, the phô I ordered was tasty and the sides were fresh, definitely enjoyed it, there were 2 servers there, one was very friendly and outgoing the other not so much. The place also didn't seem very clean, I had to move from my first booth because something had spilled on the floor that left it slick/ slimy feeling... when I told her she simply moved the menus to (that) booth after I moved, but still never cleaned it (odd). Also, they did not have the standard steak & meatball phô, I had to order steak and pay extra for the meatballs. Again, taste was good, but those are my observations.
