We’ve been here many times since they opened. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had. Arrived at 1230 on a Sunday. They had maybe 45% tables occupied. After 5 mins or so the young man came over for drink order. We knew what we wanted so placed our order then. Three tables came in well after we did and all got their food before we did. All we ordered was a medium beef pho, one order of spring rolls and deep fried tofu. Just two of us. When the tofu arrived it was like warm. We asked for peanut sauce instead of the sweet n spicy. Didn’t get it. Then the spring rolls arrived and maybe five minutes after those was the pho. Oddly all the tables that got their food before us, were all from the other server, so…makes ya wonder if ours is just not on his game. Sucks to drive so far for mediocre service and like warm food. New cook and larger portions were a welcomed surprise! The food was exceptional and the service (Star) was superb! We love this place and always make it our go to place when we are in GJ🎊 My favorite dishes are the noodle plates! You must try it! I use to love this place. I just went there with my wife and son they took a long to take are other didn't even ask for our drinks we other out food and they took to long to serve us and there was only 5 tables that had customers. Plus all the tables around the dinning area were dirty with bowls plates trash on the floor and they didn't care even when we were done eating those tables were still dirty I was very disappointed 😔 I won't go back. Pho is always fresh, fresh broth, fresh veggies, and fresh meat. Their food has a very deep depth of flavor, and their Pho is to die for. Adding in the extra basil, jalapeños, and veggies make it a perfect 10/10. The staff are always nice, and the check is never more than what'd you expect.
