I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone! Pretzels are amazing but everytime I go to get one they are closed. Their hours are completely unreasonable for any working parents or students coming home from after school activities.
