The turkey nachos are wonderful and the owner and Sherburt are the sweetest! Highly recommend stopping in!

This is a new "GEM" of a food truck! It's tucked away between the Mapleton Food Share and the Chevron station. You can't miss it, it's bright yellow and has signs out front. Believe me, you won't want to miss this one either! Great food, Philly steak sandwiches, pulled pork, burgers and more. Fresh and made to order. Sparkling clean and the owners are very cool! The pooch is king here, he is the original Sherbert!! 😊 Try it.. you'll love it!

Love this place! My favorite is the Mac and Cheese and lemonades. Mac and cheese reminds me of this wonderful soul cuisine restaurant in AZ I went to as a kid. Unfortunately that place disappeared, but Phat Sherberts is like it came right back 🤩 The lemonade is also cool and refreshing! It's actually my favorite drink to get while enjoying a hot summer day. It even comes with fruit. Mango if you get the Mango lemonade, and strawberries if you get the strawberry lemonade Big recommendation 👏
