First time in PF Chang’s de Ponce and it did not disappoint, in fact, I prefer it to the one in San Juan. It’s smaller but cozier and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar section which was ample and had tall tables which we preferred.
We began with some items from the Chinese New Year special menu including crab spheres (not shown), and the Lucky Buddha beer which tasted good and included a beautiful bottle to keep.
We ordered fried dumplings and Mongolian beef (not shown) which were delicious as always. And to end this culinary affair, for dessert we had the banana spring rolls which were oh so yummy!
Definitely will be returning soon!
This PF Chang is located in the Municipality of Ponce Puerto Rico. Cozy atmosphere and great service, including all of their dishes they serve and the bar section has high chairs. They also have handicap parking,handicap ramps, and wheelchair accessible entrance. This is a good place to bring the family or friends. The food and staff were great,they also have bathrooms 🚻 and plenty of parking for all customers.

We went in for lunch. The music was so loud we couldn't talk to each other. We asked if we could be seated where the music wasn't so loud or music could be turned down. We were told no, so we left and went across the parking lot to another restaurant where the atmosphere was much more pleasant.

On a roadtrip of PR. Have had great food and service all over in all kinds of restaurants so far. Didn’t realize a lot of restaurants were closed on Mondays in Ponce so we went to PF Chang’s because it was open, has never disappointed us stateside and is normally reliable.
Got seated. Waited almost 20 minutes without even a waiter looking in our direction. No waters, no menus, nothing. We kept trying to catch anyone’s attention but they were too busy to give any time.
I told the lady at the front of the house we were leaving because we waited too long with zero service. We left to the Romano’s next door where we are enjoying a delicious meal already!
Can’t comment on food because we never got any.

Very nice experience, daughter teach Mom to use chopsticks and we have a laugh together. Our waitress was wonderful and treat us like family. Good food, stunning environment. Even the music was pleasant. For sure have a second date with the DeLong Tarafa’s.

Sushi Variados
Incredible atmosphere, great service, and amazing food. It was my first time comic here, and I'm definitely returning, everything was just super great and the interior was incredible when compared to places like Chili's and Olive Garden (different type of food but still, this interior and atmosphere is way ahead of theirs). When compared to a place like Panda Express, this is way higher quality, and what you pay is not much more. It's a very pleasant experience and was very surprised by everything. Lastly, the service was great with close attention to detail, and the server was always in the lookout for when we needed more drinks or anything else. If I could give more starts I would, this is #1 on my list of places to go eat, only down side is the limited availability in the Island.

Not bad for fancy Chinese dining, even if the food's the same you get in any other Chinese place.
PF Chang's is a beautiful place, honestly. The inside is dimly lit and gentle, allowing for privacy in every table.
It's also spacious and cool, which gives off a nice feeling.
The staff is terribly friendly, they were attentive and nice. No complaints here.
The service though is surprisingly slow 🐌
20 minutes for the appetizer and 1 hour and 15 minutes after the appetizer for the food.
It wasn't too full, so we'd look around at the staff quizzically, but they had no answers.
The food definitely tastes good. But the issue is that it's not really any different from normal street Chinese food. It's the same you can get anywhere at a much higher price.
Fried Rice was very good, decent portion. The rest were also decently big, including the appetizer.
Price is where things ramp up. Prices are high, but the food isn't special. So really, you're paying for the nice atmosphere.
Overall, it's good, but only for the atmosphere. The food is nothing special. You can get something just as good at your local Chinese place without the cost.
However, if you want a good atmosphere, with the same food you already enjoy, you'll like it here.

Wow the sushi portion is now way too little . They present it as the photo to make it look as a bigger one but extremely disappointed. Higher prices and way smaller portions. Thanks, now I have to look and go elsewhere. Good attention from waitress and flavor though.
Food is completely tasty. But the waiter was not responding properly and we had to call atleast thrice to give a next order. Food has come late than expected. I have been to other pf changs and they have got food fast compared to this one. 3 stars for the quality and taste of food. I took 2 stars because of this experience
