The weather isn’t so great today, but the food here…wow! This is the best meal I’ve had since coming to PR. The mofongo was moist and flavorful, not dry. Seriously the best mofongo I’ve ever had. The arroz mamposteao was so flavorful with the bacon and amarillos-omg SO good. My mother-in-law enjoyed her chillo frito-whole fried red snapper with eyes, my father-in -law and I both thoroughly enjoyed our mofongo relleno de camarones. My husband had the mofongo relleno de churrasco, he said the meat was tender and delicious, though he thought the chimichurri was lacking in flavor and bit. Jose P was our waiter-he was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We would definitely come back!

Had a great time and the food was great! 3 lbs lobster with a tri-seafood fill was amazing! Service was attentive and quick. May not look all that fancy from the outside but it is some great local fare!

Whole Red Snapper
Get the paella. Do yourself a favor, it's so worth it at its price and topped with a great variety of seafood. The Bifongo as a side is a good deal, and the sweet plantains add a moistness that counteracts the typically drier plantains. The ceviche was prepared with large fish cubes and full of fruit and vegetable chunks, which are not my favorite preparation of ceviche but I'll leave that up to you.

The food is amazing! Mojitos, margaritas! Grouper, gnocchi, grouper bites, all hot and perfectly seasoned . Freddie is the best!

An amazing restaurant. Anna was a great hostess. She was attentive and patient with our order requests. The food is made fresh and the drinks were made with love.
There wasn't a wait coming in though I suspect there usually is in the evening hours. It's a great location for lunch especially if you're visiting. Great views of the bay and plenty of beautiful people around. You won't regret this experience.

Stopped in after our kayak trip and was relatively blown away by how good it was. We had the steak and lobster dinner, octopus coctel, Chorizo and wine sauce, and fried cheese w/ guava sauce. Everything was great and the lobster was cooked perfect (too often I get lobster and it is either over or under cooked). Drinks were huge and delicious (coconut mojito and passion fruit mojito). I had looked at some of the negative reviews on the place and none of the items people complained about were actually on the menu, which makes me think people have the wrong place. Only knock on it, and it is minor, is the overall atmosphere could use a bit of work as it is a bit bright and chilly (recognizing some places strive for this clean modern look), but the food and service were great so who really cares?

We happened upon Pescaito when we came into town before our bio bay kayak tour. The area is across from the beach and is very touristy so we kept our expectations in check. Turns out, we had an excellent meal, delicious drinks and great service from Jabneel our waiter. We can be a tough crowd and he answered our many questions and requests with patience and good humor.

The food and drinks are beyond delicious. The staff, AMAZING! Every suggestion was spot on. From the Ginger-Coco Mojito to the garlic cream sauce on my mofongo. The most fres and tender pulpo and mofngo I've ever had. When you're in the Fajardo area or anywhere in Puerto Rico, this is a must visit restaurant.
