My husband and I visited Perkins last Sunday evening. It took several minutes to get seated and there was a couple behind us as well. They got seated right after us. It took at least 15 minutes for the person to ask us what we wanted to drink. The couple that got seated after us left after 10 minutes of waiting. Once the server got to us, we placed our order, and it took 30 minutes to get the food. Very frustrating I feel like the last three times that we visited Perkins. It’s been worse service each time. The visit prior to this one There was a little boy who was asking us what we wanted to drink. I guess it must be a child of one of the servers?? I guess it didn’t seem very professional especially since it’s a major chain restaurant. It used to be a great place to eat anytime a day, but that has certainly changed.

Shelley was fabulous! Every time my grandparents come up to Sioux Falls, I always meet up with them at this Perkins because they enjoy Shelley's service so much that they won't eat anywhere else before heading back home. Thank you Shelley for your positivity every time we come to dine in here!

Service was fantastic. Country fried steak was fantastic. But the hash browns…Wow them mfs are crispy and are the even real potatoes. They taste like literal chemicals. I’ll be back tho❤️

The food was delicious. Amber was THE BEST server I've had in a while when dining out. She seemed busy but made sure we knew what was going on and we always had what we needed. She still managed to check in frequently and She even got my daughter to smile by then end of the night! (Which is hard to do eitha toddler near bed time! Lol) I'll be honest, perkins really isn't a first thought when going out to eat somewhere.. but after tonight, I'll go back to just see amber!
