I don’t leave google reviews often but I feel like our server Karen C. deserves a shout out! We initially went to Red Lobster for lunch and sat for a while with no greet from the server there. So we hopped over to Perkins where Karen greeted us, sat us and brought us water immediately.
Our lunch was great and Karen provided excellent service.
I too work in the restaurant biz and know how little sometimes awesome servers get recognized. So if you go to Perkins ask for Karen!!

I love going to Perkins because where I grew up, we didn't have until 6 months ago when I moved to PA. But it was always a treat going to get breakfast and their amazing pies anytime of day. Now that I have one in town, we eat there or at one few towns away too often, and it seems foods always over cooked or breakfast potatoes very uncooked every time their hard and very light. But I still go and enjoy breakfast and get a pie to go. Servers are great and helpful even management was when my food came out little to crispy for my likes they offered to remake I had Dr's apps and couldn't wait so meal was comped even though I kept saying not it's fine. So I really like them, but they could use a menu redo and get more flavorful with breakfast and dinner selections

Whole Pies
My husband and I had breakfast. I order eggs Benedict and he ordered potato pancakes.Our waitress came back and told me they were out of ham. How does this even happen? I changed my order to a cheese omelet. Both of our meals were sub standard. When we paid our bill it was wrong. The best part of my husband's meal was his applesauce which was out of a can. We will not go back.

Took my daughter and my mother for lunch. Got there around 145 pm. Got sat and waited twenty minutes no server. I found some one and then a lady came said I will take your drinks. I said no we are ready to order. Then our server came out said mo one told me I had a table. I told her no worries not your fault. Then server took order. Food was delivered and immediately put check on table. No one came and checked on us. When I went to told my concerns to manager and he seemed not to care. The worst service I ever had and management didn't care. Never will go back. I hope if any one goes there they get better service then my family got.
A few days later got a call. They made it right. I will give restaurant another try

Perkins is great for a nice Brunch! They are known for their pancakes and never disappoint. Sometimes food takes a bit to come out if you are there during the lunch rush, but it's always worth it because it comes to the table hot and fresh as it should be. If you go, do yourself a favor and try their baked goods. Delicious!
