I need to say that we live near several Penn Stations but we go out of our way to go to the Monroe, Ohio location . Today , after work my husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches. Mine was not correct. I called and the team there willingly re-made my sandwich without hesitation. Our sandwiches there are ALWAYS great and I count today as a one off. Partner and I are regulars. This location is so much better than the one on Marie in Middletown, therefore it’s worth the extra distance. On several occasions, Middletown gives almost no meat and mostly toppings. At Monroe, they know how to make the meat and toppings proportionate. The subs are always delicious. The fresh cut fries are pretty amazing too. I recommend the chicken teriyaki. My partner recommends the classic Italian. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
