I honestly go to this Penn Station quite frequently, but this time the woman who was giving me my order didn’t make my fries fresh like they usually do which I was upset about because that’s what PS is known for and wasn’t wearing any gloves handling the sandwiches. If you put multiple papers down at once you will be able to take off the sandwiches more quickly from the conveyor! Don’t touch the food people will eat with no gloves please or just handle the sandwiches with the spatula. We ordered online for pickup. The weekly special was chicken teriyaki. We ordered a large and small with no teriyaki sauce. We went to store to pick up. We arrived at the correct pickup time ,but food wasn't ready so we waited about 10- 15 min. When we got home the large sandwich had teriyaki on it and the French fries where cold..not just a little but completely cold. I called the store and spoke with manager who offered to send us a comp card in the mail right away. However that was over 2 weeks ago and I never received anything . Very disappointing. Food always amazing. I've been visiting this location for years and I have never had issues with their food or service. Fastest PS in the area, orders always have plenty of meat. They are always really nice when you come in and leave. Highly recommend. I came to carry out a couple of subs for lunch. I hadn't been there since pre-covid. Prices then we're a little high in my opinion. I did get a coupon which pulled me back in. With all the price hikes, this place is no longer very expensive. It's about normal. The subs I had were amazing. I had a Reuben sub. The Corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and sauce were great as expected. That bun was outstanding. Without a good supporting bun, the sandwich is no good. This one was amazing. So I had a really good experience coming back in here and will continue to do so. The restaurant looked nice as well. The staff was very busy but they did a good job. Gotta follow with another recent review on the atmosphere of this store. Not really friendly or welcoming. A bunch of guys who seem to hate their jobs. Especially the younger guy. Seriously what gives? The girl who works here is nice though. Also on top of the odd vibes, the last time I ate here, my food was so soggy it fell into pieces as I picked it up. The fries also didn’t seem fresh. Paid $25 altogether for my meal. Didn’t wanna be a bother to ask to be remade due to the bad attitude you get ordering initially. And to note, I’ve eaten here 6-8 times, living so close. The food is usually great, the attitudes are always the same though. Never again. I now go out of my way to the beechmont store where ppl aren’t made to feel reluctant to eat there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m normally not the one to complain. But tonight was a little disappointing. And trust me I get it you were busy. It happens. I always get the same thing. 10 or 12 in Philly with all 3 sauces , BP , onions add tomatoes. Lg lemonade. Usually if it’s “messed up” it’s forgetting one of my sauces or the tomatoes. Tonight I bite into it and there was a huge chunk of mushrooms. (Glad I’m not allergic) and it wasn’t just here and there it was covered. I don’t like mushrooms at all. I’m gonna say I got someone else sandwich bc this one has mustard and no mayo.(my ticket only had 2 sauces as seen in photo) Anywho, I picked what I could off 😭 ate what I could without being disgusted. Penn station is my all time fave. FOOD IS ALWAYS BOMB THOUGH! Only complaint pay attention please 🙃 so I can have my favorite sandwich!

I'm usually not one to complain because I know things can get hectic but, I ordered by calling in for pick up. I specifically said(twice) no pizza sauce on my 12" chicken parm. When I got home it had so much sauce that it ran out and desolved the bag it was in. Also the paper wrapper was falling apart and stuck to the cheese. Definitely call in your order before coming as it’s not the quickest to get a sandwich made.
