Penn’s Thai Cafe is our favorite. If you want some fancy expensive restaurant, then this is not the place for you. Great food, generous, moderately priced portions, and a nice Mom & Pop feel to the place. The owner is nice and always makes me feel like I’m her favorite customer. Update: been here many times now and food has always been great. I've only been here once so my rating is preliminary but the staff took my order quickly and efficiently and it was ready in 10 minutes. Due to COVID I took my meal home and it was delicious.
