It's Pelican Brewery, so you know it's good. Prices are a little steep, but the restaurant is gorgeous, and staff is on point. They have a fairly eclectic menu offering seafood, burgers, pastas, salads, soups, and flatbreads. Everything we have gotten here has been good. The food comes out hot and fast, even on a Friday night. They have a cool open kitchen set up where you can see the fire in the brick oven and all the food being prepared. The parking lot is a bit small, but manageable. The view is amazing all year round. Spent a nice late lunch with a great view. Staff at the tasting area were so kind and fun. Had a great outdoor waiting area. We sat outside with our dog and got to have a great view and chillaxed atmosphere. Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
It could be totally nice if their service didn’t depend on “how much money you spend” While you’re ordering they are happy, but when your check was less their expectation waitress was disappointed haha Because 22% of tips or something is included already. Soup chowder clams was really good, but drinks they recommend in menu to every dish I would not trust. They have tasting, so ask them to try first. Window view is stunning! Meeting sunset was amazing 🥰 Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Stellar new option from old trusted brand, the right balance of style and coastal comfort. Go for happy hour as dinner entrees gonna run you $30 a head. $5 pints, a beautiful deck, fireplace with giant sliding glass doors - the vibes AND beer are Oregon coastal bliss! Staff is pretty spectacular. Speed of service and quality of grub is 3x that of Pacific City location. In their defense, that location goes from dead to jam-packed and I think those folks are overworked and tired of crabby customers and unsupervised children, lol. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
There is a great view, good beer and surprisingly good food. I had the tri tip with my eggs and it was great. In general this place gets insanely crowded come at an off time or prepare to wait. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Sliced sourdough in large chunks to sop up seafood pot juice; oh emm gee! Tasty shrimp Alfredo, typical fish-n-chips, blah southwest chicken breast, yummy grilled cheese, and several brews on tap to fit your fancy. Set in an old seafront house on pier and beam. Not exactly kid friendly, but doable. Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
The service is very nice. The food is not outstanding 5 star review amazing and especially not at all on par with the pricing expectations. I had the tsunami burger and it was good but also mediocre with what I presume was an attempt to create a twist but to me it was really just throwing ingredients together while creating no brand to their food. Their coleslaw was the most bland coleslaw I have ever tried. 3 star review.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! The view here is amazing overlooking the bay. We waited about 50 minutes to be seated a party of 5 on a Friday evening so that was fair. The fantastic part is that they were serving beer and a full bar until we were seated, which meant we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view and drinks until our table was ready. The burgers were delicious and the beer selection was a nice variety. We really had a fantastic time here and would definitely go back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The hostess told us 30 min wait to sit outside, and wouldn’t give us a window table because she had sat the last three customers with that server, so she offered a booth. But the view is so beautiful! So we ordered a beer and seltzer at the bar and enjoyed the patio chairs outside. It was very beautiful out there. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Pelican Brewing and had a mixed experience. The beer, as always, was fantastic, maintaining their high standard. However, I was disappointed with the food prices, which I found to be quite high. One peculiar aspect was that to enjoy both food and beer on the deck, you have to order as “take out” and carry it with you, which felt a bit inconvenient. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant was very clean, and the presence of an all-gender restroom, may take some time getting used to. The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the amazing view from the deck. However, it was marred by the fact that people from the waterfront area had access to the deck. I had an unfortunate encounter where a person walking their dog allowed it to urinate in front of me on one of the wooden pillars that line the deck, which completely ruined my experience. In summary, Pelican Brewing still delivers on great beer, but the combination of pricey food, the “take out” requirement for deck dining, and the uncontrolled access to the deck from the waterfront were significant drawbacks for me. Hence, I’d rate my experience as two stars. Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Steamer Clams
