We went here Sunday morning, not the best time for waits. But it was worth it. is a great spot for delicious food. They have a diverse menu a fusion of Mexican American. The five of us all enjoyed our meals. First time in. The owner John greeted is. He's great energy. We will be back. We’ve been going here for almost 3 years now and I haven’t yet left a review, so time to remedy that! Pegasus is awesome. As a former New Mexican, I am always very impressed with their breakfast burrito. Their cinnamon roll is also delightful. I can’t say anything about their other offerings as I can’t help but order the burrito every time. As far as the service goes, John and his team are excellent. John helped me and my wife schedule a wedding breakfast with over 15 people and everything worked without a hitch! We were all extremely grateful for the experience. If you go on the weekend, do be prepared to wait as they are popular. Still, never have waited more than 30 min. Talk about a disappointment. Reviews looked promising so the family was excited to stop here. The best part about this place was the fire place. That’s it. Coffee was room temperature. Cinnamon roll was so overly sweet we had to scrape some of the frosting to have an edible bite. Rice was unevenly cooked and pretty sure it came from a box mix. Biscuit tasted like a bland frozen biscuit you can get at any cheap hotel breakfast bar. The whole meal was a mess. Would not return. Would not recommend. Fabulous Breakfast Burrito smothered in green chile, and same can be said of the country biscuits(moist but not mushy) and gravy. The cinnamon roll had a really nice crunchy carmel glaze outside and soft cinnamon cooked dough inside. Wonderful wait staff, attentive to our water/drink and meal needs. The owner stopped by our table to thank us for choosing his restaurant, and politely offered us a Happy New Year! Overall, a great experience! My husband and I finally made it into Pegasus for brunch. We had had friends and neighbors suggest it often. We had an amazing experience. The staff is lovely. Our server, Brooke was a delight. This is such a quaint comfortable spot to get brunch or dinner! A friend of mine recommended this place and I was pleased with how nice of a restaurant this is. They also have really friendly service. had one of their specials, the Chile Relleno, and it was delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are also sooooo good!
