Peet's has great coffee! They roast their own beans and deliver freshly roasted beans to each location several times each week. A complimentary coffee is provided with each bean purchase of half pound or more. The store has a variety of coffee brewing devices, accessories, cups, and so forth. There is ample inside seating available, and outside benches and planters provide suitable outdoor seating on nice days. Very dirty inside and out. Human feces just out side the entrance. Person that helped us wasn't friendly at all. Even at peak hours this Peete's is not super busy. Possibly because The location is a little tricky to get to. My espresso drink was good, but was not particularly hot, which was a bit disappointing since I was hoping it would still be hot by the time I got to work. At the end of the day, I got my caffeine, and that's what really matters. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
