Disappointed, I have never had such a bad meal in my life. I sent my daughter on Friday(02/02/2024) to buy a full chicken and she did not open it until she got home only to find that the meal was nothing more than a township chicken bhuquza, it was simply dry without a drop of sauce. It was a total waste of money.
Updates: Just when I thought I was done with Pedro's, I received a call from Nomfundo who sincerely apologized for the mistake earlier done by the staff,, she also stated that Pedro's offered to compensate me for it, so I personally went there and was welcomed by a gentleman called Mzoh, who rectified the error and also apologized sincerely and this time the meal was to my satisfaction as delicious as ever.......

I visited this place twice in four days.
Cashier is extremely unfriendly.
Staff talks among themselves and ignore customers.
No serviett given the both times I was there. When asked for they just looked at me.
Tables were not clean.
Rowdy front staff

Extremely disappointed compared to other Pedro's, Tongaat, Verulam and Phoenix.

We usually do the drive-thru but this time we chose to dine in, and what a great decision we made 🤩. The food was great (as always) but the service made the experience truly special. A very welcoming and friendly lady named Ntobeko , gave us the best service, making sure we were well taken care off at all times . After the meal i still needed a little something sweet to have on my way home for dessert and she suggested thee most delicious milkshake 🤩. Truly made my day

This was the worst, Flies were swamming
Wraps was terrible more a veggie wrap than a chicken wrap . The giblets was hard and tasteless. Manager said it was cooked from head office .

My initial experience at stanger branch was not good. After complaining I was contacted by a gentleman Rinaldo. Who addressed my complaint immediately. I ws referred to the kind well mannered manager . Who had my replacement order ready when I got there. Pedros needs more staff like these. I commend u guys. It's b cos of staff like these I will definitely go back.

I had the best experience at pedros KwaDukuza, I was helped by Simphiwe Maphumulo , very customer friendly he even took it upon himself to get all my kid's balloons as I was dining and also had a takeout order soon as he realised that we were done dining he came to my table and went to fetch my takout order... A very happy customer
