Food is good but service is terrible. First time: ordered for delivery. 2 hours later, food not delivered, the driver said the receipt was under another order. Second time: they forgot our chips. We went back for the chips. Third time: they forgot our chips again. We did not go back. Fourth time: I made sure the chips was there. They gave us a leg piece quarter instead of the breast which I paid extra for. Highly unlikely there will be a fifth time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food is always well prepared and delicious. Staff are friendly and work very well together. Hard to get a table because it's always jam packed with other diners, so our meals are usually takeaways. Food is good, pretty standard across the pedros franchise as a whole. Service is questionable, delivery service is shocking. Worst pedros I’ve ever been too, could learn alot from other pedros. The service is very poor, staff all over the place. The chicken needs to be cooked for longer. The rice is overcooked and soggy .
