There was a line, no seating at all and I found the bagels to be flat and hard at 11:30 on Sunday. Uncommon Grounds would have been a better choice. We also got the "frest from the oven" Challah Rolls, which didn't seem as moist as I expected. 11:30 on Sunday with a line I expected better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Wow. I am thrilled this place is here. The coffee is delicious. The muffin I had was extraordinary. I cannot wait to try the 🥯 bagels. A nice woman in line said the thin crusted bagels are her favorite - yes, the line was out the door at 8 am on a Saturday. It wasn't a long wait, but it goes to show how popular this place is. The fact that Pearl’s has only 4.6 stars is ludicrous! This is a 5 star bakery with 5 star service. Who cares about a long line on weekends? Shouldn't that speak to how delicious it is? Name another Albany business with that kind of line. Worth the wait; wear a jacket. We love seeing an Albany local thrive! Hope she gets a bigger shop someday with some space to dine in! But until then we’ll continue to stand in the cold and support the shop indefinitely. I have been obsessed with Pearl’s since I heard about them 2 years ago! Everyone who works there is always so kind. The wait is worth it for a high quality bagel. The Lox is the best I’ve had, it’s a must-try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
