This used to be my favorite boba place in town but the last couple of times I’ve been their boba was NOT GOOD.
I took a friend here who has never had boba before and was hoping to share my favorite drink and make a convert.
It was so disappointing to sip on hard boba.
No one likes hard boba, the whole point of boba is to be soft and chewy.
It’s a real shame because Pearl Boba is not just a drink shop, it is also a representation of Asian culture. Being Asian American myself, it was embarrassing to share something culturally and have it not be good.
I love that they make some of their syrups in house but what’s a boba shop if the boba is not good?? I will not be coming back until they get some better quality control, I hope they do better.

One of my fav places in Missoula, they are always changing it up while keeping it classic to their style, new artist and community events constantly. 10/10 would recommend even if your not a boba fan

Disappointing. Not many boba pearls, barely any ice, it was basically a big cup of lukewarm not very sweet Thai tea. And apparently 50% sweet is the default? Why is 100% not the default, wouldn’t that make more sense? And the service was not very friendly.
First time tonight they had Halloween party going on. I had a boba cold brew for $6.50. Nice art, they could lose the trans welcome signs and replace them with every one welcome. I could tell they didn't like my trump hat. Lol I didn't see a food menu

I really love this place! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are always so nice and give great drink suggestions! Such a fun place to go and drink some yummy beverages and do a little shopping! so freakin good! Got their sticker on my car too! Gotta represent! 💕
