I really like this coffee shop. The Staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is great for work focused related or if you’re looking a calm atmosphere to be with a friend. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of the Matcha and Chai Latte. They were okay. I feel like as a heavy drinker of these two drinks they lacked flavor. Too much milk according to the ration of chai/matcha. Next time I’ll try their coffee :) Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
A rather fine coffee shop. I experienced their Turkish coffee, which was just like it was supposed to be. Good stuff and a nice presentation. I also had their iced chai. Honestly pretty bland for a chai. Cute atmosphere with a bunch of people studying while I was there. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went in to grab an afternoon coffee, loved the atmosphere and the service, I ordered a latte they had recommended that had vanilla, lavender and lemon, I loved it! I wish they had more specialy (house) coffee drink option but I did enjoy what I had. I will be back to try the pastries/food and the Turkish coffee. Always a great experience at P & B. Decor is bright and airy. Staff friendly and helpful when ordering. On-site roastery offers a view into the process. And drinks are never a let down. Seasonal and Specialty drink menu offers unique combinations and presentation looks just like social media pics. One of our regular local shops that we make our back to often. Absolutely beautiful interior. Easy to access location, and pretty good espresso! I was not blown away by the shot that I had, it was very nutty and that’s probably just a subjective thing. My shot did take quite a while to come out, which is fine since we weren’t in a hurry. But as a frequent cafe visitor, I found it kind of odd it took that long just for a shot, and the shop wasn’t busy when we were there. Overall a good experience, hope my extended wait was just a fluke! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The salted toffee latte is not consistent. Tastes different every time. My go-to here is a cardamom latte. Always tastes like delight. Edit: It has gone extremely downhill over the past year. So, I am editing my positive review to negative. I won’t be going back and regret spending a lot of money here instead of trying other coffee shops. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. If you don’t know how to talk to people, please do not work at a coffee shop. A lot of people go to coffee shops not just for coffee, but for good customer service and positive vibes. I had multiple bad experiences before editing this to a negative review. It’s not an isolated incident thing. I bragged about this coffee shop to my friends and family and came here with the whole family. Instead of repeating the syrup multiple times, they made a plain latte for all of us. We ordered and waited for 30 minutes to get the wrong ones. When I asked for the mess up, they took my mug added syrup, and stirred it up instead of making a new one. My whole family got the wrong order (all of us got a cardamom latte and they made it plain for all of us). There were multiple occasions of mess-ups and they got mad at me for asking about the mess-up instead of apologizing. The one at the register got the order wrong. (She’s been cold to me and I stopped going to the Las Colinas location, and unfortunately, she works at the Grapevine location too). Do your job right, and I won’t complain. Today, I ordered a cardamom latte, and they didn’t ask for the size. I specifically asked for a ‘HERE.’ They made a Togo, and it’s 16oz. I go to this coffee shop 4x a week, and they do know I always get 12oz. So, she didn’t ask, and I didn’t mention the size. This is partly my mistake. They made a 16oz Togo, and the espresso shots to milk are not the same as 12oz. So, I asked them to make a 12oz, and they poured the 16oz into a 12oz cup and offered me the coffee. I told them “I don’t want the coffee,” and they simply said OK instead of asking what the problem was. They were rolling their eyes and talking behind me. There was no REFUND or no REMAKE. I repurchased the 12oz coffee, and no one apologized or asked me what was wrong with the previous order. I don’t want to spend one more dime here. Goodbye 👋🏻 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a well-crafted latte. While the employees are always nice, you cannot rely on the hours of operation posted on Google because the management/owner allows for weekly private events during their established/posted hours of operation for the public, so good luck getting service if you happen to go on the day and time. The problem is not the decision to have a private event, but to have them so frequently, yet unpredictably, that it creates confusion and unreliability for the general public. As a former regular patron, I reached out to management on several occasions to suggest updating their business hours on the internet and to further express how the unpredictable/unreliable hours of operation could make patrons feel less valued, create confusion, and an unnecessary inconvenience. However, no one has ever bothered to return my calls, further solidifying their lack of concern and care for their patrons. Posting a sign on the door does not help the general public who refer and rely on the internet for a business' hours. Nonetheless, I refuse to continue my patronage to a business that clearly does not care about inconveniencing and valuing its customers. There are plenty of fantastic coffee shops within 5-10 minutes who have reliable hours and are responsive to customers! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
