About
If you happen to be around Branson Landing Fountain Show, visit this restaurant. Taste good coleslaw, southern fried chicken and cheese biscuits. You will like its food, especially tasty banana dessert, butter cakes and peach cobbler. Delicious strawberry lemonade is served - try and enjoy. Visitors don't like absinthe at Paula Deen's Family Kitchen. A homely atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. A lot of people have noticed that the hostess is terrific at this place. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.

My husband and I have talked about eating there numerous times and finally made the leap and did it! We ordered the catfish and country fried steak with broccoli casserole, baked beans, Mac and cheese and okra. The catfish was still vainy and no flavor the baked beans where thick and weird and nothing we ordered had flavor. The best part of the meal was my strawberry lemonade 🤤 we didn't even ask for refills on the food because it was not good. The okra was greasy and gooey. Won't waist our money on this again. We chose 4 main entrees and sides. Ribs, fried chicken, meatloaf, country fried steak. Broccoli casserole, Mac n cheese, baked beans, fried okra. The meatloaf and country fried steak were my faves. Ribs had good flavor but very fatty. I liked all of the sides except baked beans. They were strange and not made how i like them. Okra, broc casserole, and mac n cheese were delicious!😋 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I've wanted to try this place for some time. The atmosphere is awesome. The multifaceted family style dining is awesome idea I've tried elsewhere. Two of us dined; 2 mains each and the sides. Meatloaf, bbq pork, baby ribs and fried catfish. Meatloaf we both couldn't eat, I ate two ribs and my catfish was AMAZING. THE OTHER diner doesn't eat catfish. Sides of green beans, cream potatoes, greens and Mac n cheese; Top notch greens and cream taters, green beans next and Mac n cheese weren't finished. All items were unlimited. Desert chosen was buttery cake and banana pudding both were consumed. Service was split one was amazing other waited on and served others seated after us before we were served. They continued. Will I go back yes; she won't. I want to try revue the rest of menu. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We really enjoyed our dinner at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen! The food was great, with the only negative was that the corn on the cob was a little tough. But that was a very minor part of the whole meal, so hardly worth mentioning. The price varies based on how many main (Down Home) dishes you want for . We only wanted two, so we chose the “Albany” level for the dinner time price of 24.99 per person, not including the cost of any drinks you ordered. We decided on fried chicken and beef pot roast as our main dishes. Both were very good, with our favorite being the pot roast. You get four sides to share: corn on the cob, green beans, mac and cheese, and candied yams. There were several sides to choose from, so everyone should be able to find some they like. The sides were very good with the exception of the corn on the cob (cobettes) being a little tough. Our server was great, and she was very personable and friendly (thank you, Abigail). And we had a great time looking in the gift shop! All in all, we loved our experience here! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was good but nothing spectacular. Catfish was over cooked. The dumplings in the Chicken and Dumplings was too doughy and undercooked. The green beans were great. Excellent bacon flavor. Mac and cheese was very delicious and cheesy. The biscuits were to die for. Breaded pork chops and pulled pork were okay. Waitress was not very pleasant and refused to accept a USMC Military ID for age verification to buy a beer so we had to get the manager to allow it. She said we shouldn't be drinking beer at lunch anyway so we let her know that maybe she shouldn't be selling it then. All in all Paula Deen's dis not live up to the hype. The gift store however had some great deals and we purchased 2 sets off cookware that were normally 179.00 for 99.00 each. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I was apprehensive on eating here due to the reviews. But this was a GREAT experience! The family style was better than I expected for our family. Standouts to me have to be the baked Mac and cheese. I am not usually a fan of this dish anywhere but this was very good. The spare ribs were good but not a flavor I would call memorable. The catfish and the chicken were excellent! Lastly, the broccoli casserole was fantastic! Great family meal. I do not believe it was expensive but I could see this being on the upper end for a per person meal. Atmosphere and service were great! We ordered 4 entrees, 4 sides. dessert was included. 4-Meatloaf, catfish, fried chicken, and chicken and dumplings. Chicken was great! Meatloaf was surprisingly good, i usually never order this out, Fish was okay, chicken and dumplings (do NOT order unless you want a big hunk of dough) I wasn’t disappointed because this is another item that I would never order out. There were 4 adults so we each chose a meat and a side. sides-broccoli, Mac n cheese, yams, fried okra. The yams were so freaking good. Desserts-butter cake (vanilla) and banana pudding. Cake was good banana pudding was average. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Ooey Gooey Butter

"Family kitchen" means items are sharable. 2 people get 2 main entrees and 4 sides to share, plus 2 desserts. $24.99 per person for this set up. My sweet tea was not included and was an additional $4.50! The food was luke warm and tasted like a hospital cafeteria back in the day. We had high expectations for the food considering it was Paula Deen's restaurant. Her shop and the decor were beautiful. Expensive lesson, now we understand why they weren't busy. The food wasn’t that bad but in my opinion and I did write My Opinion was a bit over priced. I did enjoy it the broccoli casserole and the butter cake that came with the meal. I also enjoyed the atmosphere where families and friends can come together and have spacious area to eat together. Our waitress was very friendly and kind who we all enjoyed. Price per person $20–30
Large bright modern looking restaurant with friendly staff. Food is served family style and waitress explained it well. Portions are good and since it's all you can eat you can get more if you need it. We had the Georgia so we could sample a variety. Food itself was just OK, nothing blew me away or made me want to ask for more. Rolls were the best part which I didn't even think to ask if I could get another of those.
