We stopped going here about five years ago. They were always out of fried mushrooms that were our favorite. I'm glad we finally went back. People say this location is so much better than the Cypress or Los Alamitos locations. It seems they are correct. Amazingly great food and the service was fast despite a restaurant full of diners. Came here by accident as the kids wanted McD's next door...We ordered the Dbl Cheese Burger and onion rings. This place is CRAZY good! The burger was incredibly perfectly put together, the sauce amazing! Onion rings reminded me of ones served at restaurants as they're THICK, sweet, and perfectly crunchy. Oh Paul's place how I love thee!! I live in ventura county now for about 6 years!! There is nothing that compares to Paul's place....NOTHING!! I hadn't been here in a couple of years and let me tell you it was heaven on earth. Their gyro, onion rings soo good!! I was a little sad they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I can almost bet my life that used to be and all daybthing before. But yes their French toast are awesome as well oh yes their chicken salad is amazing as well. Let me tell you something! This place is good and fresh food ! It’s at a good price not to bad ! That atmosphere feels like I’m in a classic diner ! The only thing is there’s no waiter or server!
