Paul Manno's Restaurant in Chesterfield is a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall. The atmosphere is upscale and inviting, with white tablecloths and Frank Sinatra playing in the background. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding. The veal chop and sea bass are highly recommended, as well as the veal Milanese and eggplant stack. The pasta dishes are also delicious, especially the penne alla vodka and the rigatoni special. The rack of lamb and mussels are must-tries if available. For dessert, the homemade Cannoli is a real treat. Reservations are recommended as the restaurant is usually booked up. Paul Manno's Restaurant is definitely worth a visit for an unforgettable Italian dining experience.

The best restaurant in St. Louis. Great service and atmosphere with delicious food. The specials are phenomenal and my favorite dish is the rack of lamb. Manno's is literally the best restaurant in all of St. Louis. The food is always perfection. The staff is amazing especially Avery, we absolutely love him! Drinks are perfect, great wine list. Their balsamic is incredible. Just everything. Atmosphere is beautiful and dark and cozy. Ugh! Wish we could eat here every week!! We had a reservation Friday to celebrate Valentines Day. It snowed some Friday during the day and the restaurant closed. However, they did not bother to call us, and I assume all other reservations, to tell us that they were closed. They just put a sign on the door saying closed due to weather. So I can’t comment on the food or the atmosphere. But I believe they should have called people with reservations. As we were leaving their parking lot, we called Annie Gunn’s . They were very accommodating and we had a wonderful meal there. Service: 1

Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in St Louis. Italian fare is AUTHENTIC, and service is beyond spectacular. The ambiance is perfect for a date night. Spectacularly prepared dishes that leave you wanting more even though your stomach is full. Wonderful cocktails and a superb wine selection. We didn't have room for dessert, but the dessert tray looked decadent. No one is rushed; relax and just enjoy the evening. It's nice to have Paul (owner) come to each table to see if everyone is enjoying their meal and to strike up small casual conversations.

Server was very rude, we come there all the time but whoever the server she had refused to take my mom’s card. Said she wasn’t the person who made this reservation so he couldn’t take her payment. Other words were used but, I rather not say on this comment. In fact she’s always the person who makes the reservation and makes it under my dad’s name. Her credit card also said our last name so no clue why the server was being a jerk. unfortunately we won’t be back and it’s a shame the food is great but, what that server said was just so rude. An absolute institution with phenomenal Italian food served up from a great staff with awesome customer service. Mannos is reliable with amazingly consistency service, food and atmosphere. This is very much an old school Italian restaurant which makes you believe you were transported to Goodfellas. If you want to know what it’s like to have an Italian grandmother than order the Lasagna. The calamari is perfect with a light crispy breading. You can’t go wrong with any entree however the veal chop is the best in the city. Deceptively hidden in a strip mall Mannos is worth the trip if you can get a reservation. 1st I’m from Chicago & generally will not go for Italian food while visiting the great State of Missouri. This place was absolutely amazing!! Started off with a bottle of “The Goat” Jordan. They still don’t make a bottle of James & I know why. Brian our waiter was fantastic and helped us with our selection. We started with the Calamari Luciana - Fabulous Both of us had awesome salad’s Then dinner - Vitello Involtini was incredible but the winner of the night was the special Sea Bass & green beans, then I was told to get a side of the Rigatoni Urbriaco. This side with the Sea Bass was one of the best Italian meals I have ever had. Thank you Brian & the entire staff for such an amazing dinner on Friday night. Brian was able to have the bar make us a couple of Smith & Kearns after dinner drinks that were made to perfection. I can’t wait to stop back in next time I’m in town.
