02/27 Update
Drove from Mankato to have a drink at Patrick's after midnight and the door was locked. Called on the phone and watched the bartender ignore the phone call. He saw me at the window after and gave me the cut off sign and I replied with the pointer finger that you close at 1. Businesses have no standards anymore.

I work late, hard to find a bar to get a beer after. The only bar in a 50 mile radius that says they are open till 1 AM and actually stays open till 1 AM! hours painted on the door. In-house fresh-made pizza, drinks were $5. Thank you!

After the 2024 Polar Plunge, this place was recommended to us. When we arrived it didn’t look overly busy, plenty of empty areas. It took a few minutes to receive water and 1 lemonade for a table of 5…and that’s all we received for over an hour! We begged to order and 2 wait staff became short with us for even asking. We were offered more water and one root beer, but they couldn’t even give us an update on our order other than “there was a mixup”. After 90 minutes, our order arrived, very small portions, forgotten items and no follow up. When I asked for our bill, our wait staff stood over me barking a total and would it be cash or card. Seriously?! I requested a bill WITH a missed item correction and she argued with me about how much the discount was. I had a card machine shoved in my face and I was furious.Let me say this: a tip is a reflection of the service provided and there was little to NO service…not from kitchen or wait staff. I was scoffed at and never felt so unwelcome in a small town pub in my life. GO ELSEWHERE!

Used to be a favorite. But they have gutted their menu and my favs were not available. The service was very slow, not the server's fault. They need to pay for more servers. Get in the game. There are restaurants in St Pete where the parking lots are full. And another one coming into town. I know competition is tough, but Patrick may not be in business long if they don't get businesslike! Also, update your new menu onto this site.

I had their Reuben and it was delicious. A very generous portion of corned beef. Server was friendly. It's a pub/bar so a noisy atmosphere is to be expected.

Happened to be driving through town and found this great place! TONS of local beer selections. Our server, Tessa, was awesome…so fun, sweet, and attentive. The bison burger made like a Ruben was delicious! Happened to be a Vikings/Packers game on, too, so really fun vibe and easy to see the game with lots of screens.

The food was fantastic. The service was lackluster at best. The bartender was our server, and that might have been the problem. The other servers working table seemed great, even chatting us up as they passed by. There were some specials that we would have liked to try, had we known. It's as you sit waiting that you start reading the signs. I'll probably give then another shot.....some time

Guiness is on tap!
The "Irish Meat Shovel" is delicious if you like corned beef, cheese and pretzel bread. The coleslaw is good too. My bartender was Sarah, he was very friendly. The picture may not do justice because I was pretty hungry.
If you look closely, you can see the shamrock ☘ on the Guinness

I've been eating here for years when I'm looking for food in St. Peter. It's your average good pub food. Service has gone up and down depending on the visit. Unfortunately it's been down my last couple visits. Neither time was very busy and it's been taking longer and the prices keep going up. I understand prices are going up on everything, but this last visit surprised me. They have you pay electronically and you don't see your bill until after you pay + tip and have to ask for a copy. It was plenty high for how basic we ordered and they have a 4% service fee added that I wouldn't of known about if I hadn't asked for a receipt.
Again I understand prices of things going up. But some of this is getting over the top. The food/ experience needs to match the cost. I have no problem spending a good amount of money on food, but I'm looking for it to match the quality.

Food taste excellent. Got the Bavarian added an extra patty also opted for onion rings instead of fries. Portions of rings were small for the price. 3 burgers 3 onion rings and 1 side of fries, about $75-
This was a favorite place to hang out during and post college. The food was always good and the drinks were reasonably priced. Suggested we have lunch here after my nephews game and everyone loved it. Food is still really good and the drinks are, dare I say, cheap! Very deep tap list, something for everyone going from national brands down to local brews. This is a must stop if you are in St Peter.
