We stopped here for a quick bite – the food was great and the employees were very friendly. The dali bhat was very tasty (and looked nice too – see picture). Prices were reasonable and the service was great. Good choice for a hearty meal (or just coffee/tea). एक अद्भुत भ्रमण को लागी धन्यवाद!
Worst cream soup of my life, the other one was average.
the worst red Thai curry in my life. This restaurant also too expensive for the quality and food Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person Rs 1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
Prices are so expensive and the food is not the best. Thali sets go for 1,000 and they had pebbles or rocks in the dal! Momos goes for 500! Worst experience dinning out in all my time in nepal. Highly do not recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Great veggie momo’s, lovely cool breezes and sparkling clean bathrooms. It was a great spot to stop for lunch.

Excellent food and crew. My full recommendation.
The veg curry with paneer is terrible. The gravy is thin and almost without spices, it tastes like instant soup. At the same time, the price is one of the highest in the city. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
1000 rhupee for a thali set. View is nice.
Looking for a good restaurant in patan then Patan Royal Cafe is the best option for you. Breakfast, lunch or dinner they can serve you the best food. Being a tour guide I did never have worried about a best lunch spot for tourists after "The Royal Cafe" has been started. Sufficient space, energetic waiters, friendly management, best chef and good cook, what else do you we need for a best lunch spot. The view of newly renovated swotha temple Infront of the terrace is the highlight but do not expect for the view of the Patan durbar square.
We really liked the keema noodle here, rest of the food was also nice. The staffs are very welcoming. Plus the pricing is reasonable.
