This was an exquisite experience. The restaurant is very clean and the service is prompt and respectful. But the food is outstanding! They have an incredible amount of tasty and experimental pastas. I ordered the pasta with salmon (Red Rose) which was ok the salmon wasn't evenly cooked. One end was dry, the other end was perfectly cooked. The rest of the party ordered salad (which I was told it was good), lasagna ( which did not taste good, and there were layers as you would find in a traditional lasagna), saxophone pizza which was good, and a pasta with chicken. The pasta was swimming in a white, heavy, creamy sauce. It wasn't nice, too heavy The presentation was definitely beautiful as seen in photos. They also brought bread and different dips ... I'm in complete shock right now. I asked the waiter to bag the remaining pasta. There were 4 shrimp left in the paste, which I specially put on top. And now I opened the bag of food. It doesn't contain my shrimp that I paid my money for. There is not a single shrimp out of the 4 that should be there!!! They only put noodles. Did you pull out the shrimp, seriously? And ate them? Or did you give them to other guests of your restaurant? I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. They acted very low. Plus the pasta sauce was old. And now I can't eat noodles without shrimp and with old sauce. One star. I used to live in Rome, Italy and ince I moved I never tried an Alfredo like the ones I tried in Rome. Finally and PERFET ITALIAN ALFREDO. Everything about this restaurant is just GREAT.
