Me and my wife walked in to place an order for take out. We waited 50 minutes for 2 dishes. Falafel and Shawarma. Two dishes that most turkish restaurants would have on hand ready to go. We watched many other customers get served before us despite the fact we'd been there longer than them. And when the food finally arrived, it was very underwhelming and not worth the wait. My shawarma wrap had no veggies inside as advertised and there was honestly no flavor. Which was surprising because the restaurant smelled amazing at all times. And my wife's Falafel was burnt and also missing all the advertised veggies. And on top of that, my side of fries were soggy, limp, undercooked, and underseasoned. The staff at least were extremely friendly and even apologetic for our wait. And The atmosphere inside was cool. Felt genuine. I wanna assume that the restaurant was having an off night. Because like I said, the restaurant smells incredible inside and every dish I watched go out to other customers looked INCREDIBLE. Plus, I have to imagine they generally do good work considering they have a high rating already on Google. So I would consider giving them another chance.
