Kudos to the cook & shout out to Christie an amazing server & hostess. She accommodated our family of 7 for a early dinner. The food is delicious. Best catfish Ive ever had & I grew up on Fl gulf coast. I will be back on my next Biloxi trip. Handicap parking available. Outdoor eating area available. Free parking. I agree with what others say, Don't let the small place fool you. A hidden gem.Pictured: catfish platter, chicken tender kids meal, Combination Platter (catfish, shrimp) Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Boudin Balls
I had the crawfish etouffe and some white chocolate bread pudding. Let me tell you they were both excellent! One of the best bread puddings I've had. Etouffe was very flavorful. Friendly staff and service. My only complaint is the restaurant is small and seating is tight. But after talking to the owner he said they are planning to open up an outside wall to a covered outdoor area. Regardless the food is excellent. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We stopped in for dinner and Christy was AMAZING. The food was served fast and fresh and hot. I loved the pork cracklings and the boudin balls a lot! This place is a must, for the price you get a TON of protein. So much, I couldn’t even finish it! Highly recommend. We discovered this great place when my friend’s son was looking for good jambalaya. We had the boudin balls and boudin egg rolls for appetizers and the swamp tour so we could get a little taste of different items. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the boudin balls and red beans and rice - UNTIL I tasted the bread pudding for dessert. It is to die for! Our server Christy was great and we got to chat with the owner for a bit also. Will definitely be back! So blessed to have found this hidden gem. Christy was sooo attentive and patient as we had our 3 kids with us. We ordered the corn which was DELICIOUS, a sampler, shrimp & fries, chicken tender & fries, the taste of Bayou, and the shrimp po boy. That shrimp po boy don’t owe me nothing. We topped it off with beignets. The kids loved them! They tasted just like back home. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A true diamond in the rough...on first appearance, I was concerned..but we stuck with it as many places I've been to...I guess don't judge a book by its cover. The staff were awesome the food had great flavor, the crayfish etouffee was amazing..this place is a must try for any traveler passing by as we did.. Great job keep up the hard work hope to be back when we pass through again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes The Swamp Tour
OMG what a great find, looked at reviews and 4.6 was not close to the 5.0 I give this place. We split the Catfish Parrain signature special 3 breaded Catfish fillet, large scoop of Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya and covered with Crawfish Etouffee loaded with great flavors YUM Woop decided to go for the dessert White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Beignet bites and Peacan pie 😎 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is legit! The crawfish etouffee was as good as I’ve ever had it anywhere, including NOLA. The white chocolate bread pudding was topped with pieces of beignets, and I can’t think of anything more decadent or delightful than that. And the lagniappe was Christie the hostess/server. She was attentive and hilarious. Don’t pass this place by…I would fly in just to eat here! I came to Parrain’s with my husband and his parents. Overall, we had a nice time. We ordered some boudin balls as an appetizer. They all ordered the special which was catfish with jambalaya topped with crawfish etoufee. I ordered the shrimp poboy with french fries. Now we are Louisiana natives so we’ve had our fair shares of jambalaya, etoufee, etc. We all thought the flavor combinations of the special was just too much going on. The catfish by itself was good, the etoufee was okay, and the jambalaya was not that great. The rice was a little mushy and the flavor just wasn’t there. On the other hand, my shrimp poboy was very good! I finished the whole thing. I think if you go, you should stick to the platters or the poboys. I will also say the inside seating area is not that big but they do offer outdoor seating as well! Our sweet waiter was so kind and helpful! We really enjoyed talking to her! She made sure we were all taken care of. (I included a pic with the etoufee on the side and the etoufee on the top of the catfish) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Shrimp PO-Boy
