Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready an hr before they close. Showed up and they told me sorry we are out of donuts. While it took them 10 mins to try and figure out how to refund my card 4 people walked in and the lady says hey all we have are these 3 donuts left. I was told they were out of donuts but the couple behind me got to try three of the donuts. lol Also was given no receipt showing I was refunded just a simple, “it should be good now so just watch your bank account it usually takes 1 or two days.” Just a bad experience all the way around
