This place is listed in the Polish Slowfood guide and I had a chance to try their beautiful menu for our Easter lunch during our stay in Szczecin. We started with a trout amouse-bouche: perfectly smoked and really well balanced with the lovage mayonnaise. I had a beautiful beef tartare with a chilled yolk, capers, onions and pickled mushrooms: lovely. My partner had the most amazing herring I ever had: it was perfectly balanced with beetroot, apple and fennel. As first main our choice was pasta ( we are Italian after all): I had wild boar tortellini with a pumpkin mousse and my partner the pierogi.
I loved the tortellini even if the pasta was made with not the same amount of eggs on the Italian traditional recipe ( 1 egg every 100g of flour). The filling was incredibly tasty, savoury and the herbs really enhanced the wild boar flavour. The pierogi had a traditional minced meat filling and where served with a stunning mushroom consommé. As a main dish I had wild boar steak ( you can tell I love this meat since my Tuscany days) and my partner sticked on the Easter tradition and had a rack of lamb. Both the dishes were served with blanched vegetables and they were perfectly cooked: I was in heaven. The dessert, unfortunately, was just ok and it didn't blow my mind as the rest of the meal. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion or for people with a medium-high budget. We spent 520 plz ( €130) for the two of us, including the wine paring and spirits. Definitely an amazing quality/price meal.

Café im Park, eine Oase zum Auftanken.
Leider hatten wir hier nur die Gelegenheit zum Kaffee trinken. Es handelt sich hier um ein Restaurant und Café in einem sehr einladenden vier Sterne Hotel inmitten eines Parks.
Das Restaurant wirbt mit SlowFood.
Wir hatten eine sehr leckere Crème brulée mit wunderbaren hausgemachten Eis.
Der Service war sehr angenehm.
Gerne komme ich hier wieder her um richtig zu essen.
