We live in town and go frequently and I've never received such poor (slow) service at any restaurant in my life. Every single time we go making our pizza takes a ridiculous amount of time. It's very frustrating and reduces the frequency that we go. In addition our pizzas are usually sloppily made and there always seems to be plenty of people working. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was helped by a nice woman named Rachel who took my order over the phone. She was very polite when I picked up my pizza and answered my question about the cling wrap. Unfortunately, the other employees were horsing around when I arrived, but luckily Rachel was there to help. She deserves a raise! Waited 10 minutes before anyone started making my pizza- with four employees in the store. Got home and unwrapped to bake and was hit by the stench of rotting mushrooms. There was almost zero sauce on the pizza. Truly terrible product. Never again.

The marinara cups for the cheesebread could be filled more than halfway full for the price thats charged for extra.
