On December 8th I tried to pick up my food and the store manager threatened me with violence when I simply asked how long it would be until my food is ready. I placed my order 3 hours in advance. I contacted Papa Murphys corporate and they said the store owner would be contacting me within 3-5 business days. It has now been 4 weeks and no word. If this is how Papa Murphys allows their employees to treat paying customers then they dont deserve my money. I bought pizza here every Tuesdays for years (and I ALWAYS tip), but now I'm never going to another Papa Murphys again.

Competence of staff needs a lot of work. Knowing when to and how to refund for a store screw up is a basic part of the job. Not sure I can recommend this papa Murphys. Service is far below other Papa Murphy's I've been to.

Got our pizza wrong. We ordered a chicken bacon garlic pizza which is supposed to have creamy garlic sauce. They put regular pizza sauce on it which doesn't taste right with the ingredients(tomato and green onions). We tried calling ahead to see if we should bring it back but no one would answer! Husband went to complain in store and show that our receipt even has creamy garlic sauce requested on it.
This isn't the first issue we've had. A year ago I wanted a chicken Caesar salad and it had NO chicken. They insisted it doesn't come with chicken but if you check the website it does.

I called on Thursday afternoon about 4:15 to order pizza. The girl who answered the phone was laughing and really couldn't speak. Then she put her hand over in hopes I wouldn't hear, I guess. She tried speaking again and was still laughing. Finally I said I'm taking my business elsewhere. I understand having fun at work, but this was too much. Treat your customers better they give you a paycheck.
Enjoyed their pizzas for a long time (grew up with them), but the service on Jackson St went down hill fast. I recently made an online order and showed up over an hour after the pick-up window to find the pizzas were not ready yet. The associate brusquely told me she was the only person on staff and I'd have to wait while she prepared three other orders first, which would take about an hour. So I returned an hour later and my order still hadn't been prepared while there was new batch of customers now (also) waiting. I asked for the order to be canceled/refunded, got a brush off response from the same associate, and had to dispute the charge with my credit card when it still posted.
Everyone has off days, but I won't be going back.
I went into pick my order of 3 pizzas and cookie dough and the cookie dough container wasn't even half full! the container says there is enough for 15 cookies but in my container there's barely enough for 5. Do better Papa Murphy's
I never write reviews, however this is the 4th time in a row we ordered without mushrooms and we always get mushrooms. The woman who took our order was really nice and efficient, she read back the order multiple times, and when I picked up the pizza she again re-read the order to me. But always wrong!! I don’t think this is a big request to ask for no mushrooms on a pizza and I don’t like giving bad reviews but 4 times in a row is more of a sequence than a mistake..
Terrible service!! Rude manager and didn't want to make 2 pizzas we ordered. They started mopping before making the pizzas!! Then refused to make the second. Threw our receipt and said we don't get it. It was 7:30 a half hour before closing. SHOCKED!! JUST SHOCKED on how aweful this whole experience was.
