The pizza wasn't too bad. They refused to let me cancel and remake the pizza on a different crust even though I needed to make it again. Yes, it was my first error, but the management still ought to have offered more assistance. Staff was not very friendly. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I’d like to thank Papa Johns for “trunk or treat” on 10/23/2023, at their Franklin, Ky, location. Kids had fun, we had fun dancing, and the pizza as usual was good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not sure his name but he is an 18-year-old manager at this location and he is amazing. He makes a lovely pizza as well as takes care of each and every customer. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped ordering from this restaurant a couple years ago because of quality issues. Tonight, we thought we would give it another shot. We always order from their app. It seems nothing has changed. We ordered a medium pizza/cooked well done, with 2 toppings and light sauce. We received our medium 2 topping pizza, undercooked/raw dough, and enough sauce to make the cheese and toppings slide off. Nonetheless, we will not be returning again, at least for quite a while. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
