If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m very upset. My husband and I ordered the Valentine’s Day pizza for dinner, which I’m sure a lot of people did the same and I understand that they’re busy. We ordered on through their online service that is powered by door dash. We placed the order around 6pm and it told us it would take about an hour to get to us. We let an hour and a half go by and looked at the tracker and it said that it was delivered, however, the eta kept going up. We called the store that we ordered form for clarification and the man that answered was very rude and unhelpful. He even said “oh my God” all annoyed. I apologized and said I will figure it out. Another hour passed and my husband decided to call. The same man answered and said it would be 20 mins. We let a good 30-35 mins pass and my husband decided to drive to the store. They were unable to give us our order and said they had to void it. We are very upset and hungry. Never ordering from them again. Very careless. Service: 1

This is not Papa John’s pizza at all. These guys did the worst job and give me pizza with No sauce No chesse and no toppings. It’s Raw. You can feel the raw Dough im your hands. Everyone was sitting free not like they were super busy. I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered. Drive to Lansdowne papa John’s. It’s worth it guys. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I guess our local Papa John's crew was trained in Pompeii. The entirety of our order was blacker than night on the bottom side. When I called to express my disappointment all I could gather from their response and tone was "yeah we knew we screwed the pootch on that order". But hey good news is they are sending a replacement and the original order was delivered early... Food: 1 Service: 4

Every time I come here, there is only one staff member working and the orders cannot be delivered, we have to wait for 15 minutes. If we have to wait that long, no one should order, remove this. Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No idea what happened to my review. Had pics and everything. Anyway, ordered here about a year ago. And they messed up the pizza twice! You know it's bad when you manage to make PIZZA barely edible. We all know what the issue is here, let's be real. Will never go back to Papa John's again. Pizza hut is down the street. Papa Johns is making it difficult for me to support them when people constantly say that they are bottom tier pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza and I basically got cheese bread, no sauce bombarded with processed cheese flavor. On top of that the slices were probably cut with a spoon in the most irregular proportions. I’m not asking for anything crazy at least I don’t think but a simple well executed cheese pizza. I rarely do negative reviews but I feel like this review is for the betterment of society. Training, practice , repetition whatever it takes to get the staff making a respectable pie. This also goes for Papa Johns in Lansdowne!

UPDATE: SEE PICTURES. They also sent an EMPTY PIZZA BOX! But I ran it out to the driver before I took a pic. The papadias are HALF the size they are SUPPOSED to be. The cheese pizza wasn't cut. Like I said previously NO PEPPERONI PIZZA IN THE BOX!!!! Very good pizza and priced nicely. We enjoyed our SHAQ-A-RONI. The gentleman working was very polite and helpful. Thanks guys! Below average is what this is I get food from here all time it never looks like this and when I called WAYNE had a whole attitude with me and told me that it was not burnt and I told him I had pictures this is unacceptable for a restaurant please find some other place to go I will be calling Wayne's boss tomorrow the delivery driver was not friendly at all and very late on top of food being burnt it was cold Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Update: 1/17/23 - They hired on someone and I guess let go of some. So far, they are faster. But whoever is cutting the food still needs training..... We doordash and this can be an hour+ long wait. They have consistently gotten orders wrong and have also not given the entire order. Staff are joking around or on their phones. This is a business, not a hang out with your friends. Enjoying your job is fine, but the business shouldn't lack because of it. I've eaten at a sit down restaurant and have left sooner than doing take-out at this papa johns location.
