I got the Super Hawaiian Pizza, and it was absolutely amazing! I got mine delivered. It was a little bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it! Super good pizza!! Papa Johns is always delicious. Both pizzas were undercooked, one was obviously smooshed as pictured. The stuffed crust was inedible; soggy mush that you couldn’t pick up properly. I tried reaching out, but wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but I also don’t enjoy paying near $50 for pizzas we can’t eat. 🥲 Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Food is always good. The the hours are not asked to wear you when you can pick it up or not. The walking restaurant to pick up your food issue not clean. Fast and delicious! I always find that ordering from the Papa Johns app is extremely easy and convenient. There is also a large selection of menu items to choose from. I love the different menu “specials” that are offered. I can always count on there being a fantastic value! At other Papa John’s locations, the pizza has arrived over cooked and not to our satisfaction. However, at the St.Marys/Kingsland location our pizzas have always been delivered and cooked to perfection!!!!

So I have been ordering from this place since I moved here in 2018 and for some reason it has gone down hill. Every time I order a pizza it doesn’t has much sauce on it. One time I asked for extra sauce and they put so much sauce on it that my pizza was greasy and unbeatable. So time my pizza barely has any sauce at all! This place has definitely lost me as a customer.

The pizza had a 2 hour delivery time when the order was placed. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, a Philly cheesesteak papadilla, and bread sticks. When the food arrived it was barely warm and the Philly cheesesteak was not even there. I called the store and was told by the staff that the delivery drivers had clocked out and they could not deliver the Papadilla. My husband and I order from here allllll the time and have never had an issue. But tonight they delivered my pizza to saint Mary’s seafood and not my house???? A lady from saint Mary’s seafood called me and said they had my pizza…. I called the store to figure out why it was delivered there and all the lady said was “okay I’ve got you all set we will send another one out”…. Didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a store credit, nothing! We are very loyal customers but not anymore. I would like to first say my family and I have been ordering from Papa Johns for year’s an NEVER had to experience we received today. After my Daughter which is a teenager placed and order with Papa Johns after a few minutes late she received a text message from a Door Dasher asking how much did she have for a tip!?!?! The worst ever it took an hour for them to deliver the pizza an when I got it it was cold an dry an I called to complain an they said it was nothing they can do the pizza like a piece of dry cardboard an I’ll never order with them again!!
