As an Uber Eats driver, this place is completely garbage. They told me after I had already driven to the location that they weren't going to make my order until they finished making the rest of the orders in their queue because they don't make uber eats orders until the driver gets to their location. Here's a message to you Papa John's: Make them make the pizza regardless of the driver is coming or not! As a delivery driver, I shouldn't have to wait to pick up my deliveries!

I haven’t ordered from here in awhile (for good reason) but I decided to give them another try. The driver was rude. She called me and said she was not required to bring my order to my door. I’m assuming since I live on the 3rd floor. I have never been told that…ever. So I went downstairs and she said “sorry I don’t do elevators” I said well there is no elevator she then said well everyone else comes downstairs that lives here. Unnecessary. Especially since I just had surgery. The buffalo chicken pizza was drenched in sauce. Like all the toppings slid off and dough was dripping. Not enjoyable and the jalapeño bites were raw dough inside. So on top of the rude driver I couldn’t eat the food. Now im mad and hungry. Food: 3 Service: 1

I placed an order around 4pm this evening, the app said that my pizza had been delivered around 4:31-4:41. It is now 5pm and we’re still waiting for it to be delivered. I don’t know if it’s the tracking app itself, the employees on site, or the drivers, but this is ridiculous.
