I ordered my Pizza from the Papa Johns Website and order was approved and accepted. After 50 minutes of waiting, I get a call that the address came up as their own. I’ve had this happen now twice with the previous the order after receiving my address was delivered, but this time the employee tells me he can’t help me and that I need to order from another location. I’ve also ordered from this location on numerous occasions and have had pizza delivered, but all of the sudden after waiting for the pizza to be delivered I’m being told that they can’t help me. Poor customer service and assistance in the order. After it all, the employee decided to also hang up the phone on me with no additional assistance. I just want to thank the manager on shift 1/13/24 a Saturday around 7. We had it delivered and were missing the wings to our order. I called and he immediately apologized for the mishap and had them delivered less than an hour later and added some extra! We also got $10 in papa dough rewards! Thank you for going above ans beyond I know it had to be extremely busy especially on a Saturday dinner time. Amazing job!!! Food was good and so were the wings. It's always something with this Papa John's. I would call to get it remade and sent but at this time I have no way of doing that. So I'm just stuck with this rip-off of an expensive pizza. I mean what is an half of my pizza still on the pan it was baked on?!? How does one not notice it and fix it?!? To top it off my cinnamon pull apart are stale. As if they were baked earlier this afternoon then reheated hours later for my order. I paid $31 for this messed up disgusting "food". I will never order from palmer hwy Papa John's ever again. Place isn't any good to order pizza at all period. It has a whole bunch of grown men working there doing nothing but talking and playing around I was the 1st person to order a large pizza then before I knew it 45 minutes later the whole lobby was full of people there wondering where their orders were at themselves. The manager ignored me countless times when I kept asking them for my money back because I found out they haven't started making my pizza yet then when I finally got his attention he raised his voice at me then bucked up aggressively to me saying he's 40 years old and don't play no games. I'm a grown man myself and 40 years old as well so my natural reaction was to stand up to the manager and defend myself because all I was asking for was my money back so I can go somewhere else. But since he seen he wasn't scaring no one with his aggression he quickly turned the tables around on the situation he created and started playing the victim roll and grabbed the phone then called the police accusing me of being the aggressor and all I wanted was my money back after waiting over 45 minutes until they finally decided they wanted to start making my large pizza I ordered. That place isn't a good place to buy pizza from and I'm warning everyone now about them and especially the manager who acts hard because he thinks being 40 years old scares everyone but will run and call the cops quickly if you stand your ground and not run from his aggression he shows towards his customers. I had an awful experience with this location. My order was delivered almost an hour after estimated time. Which I can understand- sometimes timing is off. When i opened the box it looked like half my pizza had no cheese. 2 slices were burnt, and the half pineapple was on every slice. I tried calling the manager and they put me on hold for over 8 minutes before I hung up. Not a good night for this papa johns. I am very disappointed!

Ordered by phone for delivery and was instructed to call me when arriving. Delivery person left my food on someone else's porch and also didn't leave my drinks either. I called Papa John's and of course didn't get an answer. I spend around $50-100 a week here and never will again.
