Been ordering here for years now. Never had an issue. Door dash driver said he argued with them at the store that he was supposed bring my cheesesticks. They sent him without them. Also this is how I got the pizza. Come on guys for real? I always tip good. Literally had me paying $27 for a single pizza. Good thing the driver told me just give him $10. Service was speedy, but quality went out the window. Ordered one "the works" in a stuffed crust and when it came by it was pretty soggy almost soupy. Slightly undercooked. This is the first time in a long while that I bought a Papa John's pizza. I purchased the Calzone pizza and was not impressed. The pizza itself had hardly any cheese on it, and I only ordered mushrooms as my topping and found very little of them. The cheese in the crust had no flavor as well. I will not be getting Papa John's pizza again. I will stick with local Mom and Pops pizza's. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Placed a take out order on 12/29/2023 and waited for it. Service at the counter needs work, seems like its a play house instead of a business being run. The 14 inch pizza was ok, is it worth 22 bucks? The lobby area is very dirty and nasty and needs cleaned. This store has gone down hill over the years. I hadn’t been there in a while. I ordered two pizzas. Extra cheese on all with One half sausage and bacon, and the other side was jalapeños . This is what I got….spots without cheese and a big pile of jalapeños on two slices. also, I stood there and waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I’m patient. Place is ran by a bunch of literal children. The "manager" here is extremely nonchalant about following any store policy, like basic handwashing. Last and final order I'll ever place was screwed up, twice. Watched our order be made by someone who did NOT clean their hands and did NOT use gloves - promptly asked if they could actually WASH THEIR HANDS before touching my food, and got met with attitude. Also why is dough literally never cooked all the way? I'm going to guess it's from them not cleaning ovens. Let's just say I know how things are ran at this establishment from prior personal experience, it's no surprise their business practices have gotten this bad. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. Pretty sure your store manager was also smoking dope before coming up to see why I had come back with my food for a second time and then laughed when I told them it was wrong. I wish I could give zero stars! They're too high to find your address so they lie and say they called and then cancel your order with no notice... they still have your money... but you don't get your food. Then when you call you get a snowflake manager that tells you it's your fault... and then wonders why you have an attitude. These special needs employees also want to make 15 dollars an hour and expect you to tip them... I'll never order Papa John's again... I will never buy anything from you guys again you guys are a lousy service and a very bad attitudes. Just for a lousy pop that you never gave us after we paid for it. Your service is not very good and the attitudes in the service is the one reason why I will never come back to you again. Your employee on the phone has a bad attitude too!!
