Papa John's is great, I enjoy the peppers, the pizza and bread sticks. This place is usually pretty busy on the weekends nights and parking lot is older and typically packed with delivery cars for papa John's. Order was delivered 3 houses down, I called the store & they verified it was delivered to the wrong address. They said they would remake it, but when I told them it's taken to long my kids need to eat, I'll just find something else. They hung up on me. Never offered a refund. While the food is certainly good and the price is reasonable, I just had a bad experience with a delivery driver to the point I felt it important to report the incident. The shift manager realistically dismissed my concerns. Very disappointing customer service to be honest, making me think about not ordering in the future. Editing 11/21/23 to add: ordered 2 orders of cheesesticks and 6 extra sauce cups. Sent my daughter with $100 bill to pick up and pay cash. She had to use her card because they wouldn't break a $100 in store. They also didn't include the extra sauce cups in the order. They're quickly losing my business. Just watched my order leave the store, travel alllllll the way up to 47th street…. And back. (I’m literally less than a mile from the restaurant.) really don’t appreciate being the last one to get my order (knowing it’s going to be lukewarm at best when it gets here.) Went to pick up and order and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. I asked if I could wait in my car, she ignored me for 20 mins… It was sitting there ready and when I finally went in and got it she rolled her eyes and acted annoyed. I order every now and then to The Blvd Apartments, today I attempted to order online and it said that I was out of range of delivery. I called the store and they said they don't deliver that far but yet they will go all the way out to the village by the airport to deliver. The girl on the phone was not helpful at all and all she knew what to say was I don't know. I think they need to examine there delivery ranges and train the employees better.
