Delivery driver struggled to find house during delivery and they assisted my wife in a quickness will definitely order take out but very pleased with the customer service even tho things didn’t work out

Absolutely disgusting interaction with an employee there, pre ordered for 6pm, they had it made and ready by 5:15 and then demanded that they wouldn’t remake it or refund it due to “customer error” and that I could either “come and get it or not”

ordered $60-$70 worth of pizza weekly from here since opening and everything was fine until last night. I got home and realized my 3 orders of garlic sticks were plain. no biggie, drove back showed the employee, who said, “yeah, they definitely went light on the garlic with those.” He was kind and offered to remake them. I asked if they could remake the entire order since now it would be 2 hours after the product is done that it’ll finally be ready. He went and got I’m assuming what was a manager, she looked at the sticks, with a straight face, squinted and pointed at the 2 little black dots covering all 12 sticks and said, “what’s wrong with them? these little black specs are garlic.” realizing, just by her mannerisms and comments that customer service doesn’t come first here and she wasn’t going to make it right. we left and threw our $63 worth of cold plain pizza in the garbage and reordered fresh pizza across the street from domino’s. This is a place to avoid, they’re always right. And believe me, it takes a lot for me to complain.
The pizza was great. Definitely will be getting pizza there more often. I took the option of ordering online and having the husban pick yo on the way home. The only downfall was when he went to pick up they were maybe disorganized or the communication was off. Either way after about 20 minutes he got the pizza. I'm sure after they air out all the kinks they will have some awesome reviews.

Ordered the first time got everything right besides the cinnamon pull aparts, then called an ask what they can do about it they were kind enough to bring me another, but this one is messed up also. Tasted like someone cooked them in or put straight garlic dipping sauce. First bad experience from them.

Best papa John’s experience I’ve ever had they did my pizza and cheese sticks so right. Hats off to the guys at the Lincoln Papa John’s. I had a specific order right before they closed and they completely obliterated my expectations<3

I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered and app said order was done. I get there and wait another HOUR AND A HALF for my order. So I canceled. Went to Dominos across the street, order was done in 12 minutes. Won’t be coming back here!!
