I placed an order for delivery and was told I have been blacklisted from deliveries. When I asked the Mgr Jared, why? he stated the only reason people get blacklisted is they don't tip enough or are slow to answer the door. I advised him the driver had asked me for an $8.00 tip on a $12.00 pizza. Jared advised drivers expect at least a $5 tip on a $12.00 order. I live 1 mile from the restaurant.
When I stated I would file a complaint Jared stated they have been in business for 90 years they don't really care if I file a complaint. He was very rude and pompous. He then stated they were busy and I needed to move along closing the window on me without resolution. The food there is good the customer service is terrible. If i have to pick up my food, there are other places in town that make really good food too!

Girl answering the phone sounded like she had an attitude. Pretty sure she was the same person helping me when I picked up my order. Walked in, and said hi, she just looked at me and kept walking. Came back to ask what I needed, still acted like she had an attitude. I said thank you when she handed me my food, no response. Bad customer service. My 6 year old could provide better customer service than her. Food was good as always. Tasted fresh. 5 stars for food. 0 stars for customer service and atmosphere. Did not feel welcomed at all. Been here about 4 times now. First time was okay service, gets worse each time. If you’re going to be rude when helping a customer, maybe someone else needs to handle the phone or cashiering dept., and you just prep the food and not deal up front with customers.

Best pizza in CG. But that is not saying much. The staff is awesome and local ownership keeps us coming back. Their taco pizza is unique. Their crust is above average.
