I visited this location on a Sunday morning. It was nearly empty and unfortunately the service was bad. They forgot my empanada, and they gave me a very cold tequeño, same thing for my friend. The coffee was very good though. When I reminded an employee about my empanada she just looked at me and turned around. The empanada tasted like pure oil to be honest, obviously it’s a fried item so I didn’t expect it to taste any differently, but it tasted quite literally like just oil. It was a little disappointing for me because I used to go to this place often. Also, the prices are a little high for the quality of the food being offered. I’m not sure if I’ll go back soon. Absolutely the kindest people ever. Came here on a school field trip and they made us our own buffet and were so accommodating. After we ate they gave all of us our own reusable water bottle. We really didn't know what to expect. We walked in and must have looked very confused, since we don't know the Venezuelan kitchen. Right away we were greeted by the friendliest staff. They explained the entire menu. We ended up buying the Patacon chicken and a Patacon steak. Both as a combo. We got food that tasted great and we got more then we could eat (we are tall Scandinavian men, used to eat plenty) I would eat here any day.
